Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened pulses, grains, or pickles once they have reached you.
Damaged in Transit
If your Aipan art or food jars arrive broken, we offer a full replacement. Please record an unboxing video as proof.
1. The Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement for damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email support@kumaonheritage.com with your Order ID.
- Attach the unboxing video or clear photographs of the damage.
2. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved (in cases where a replacement is unavailable), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the harvest has been fetched from the village and processed for shipping, we cannot cancel the order.
